Ingredients:
- 3/4 Kg . previously cooked rice
- 1/2 Kg . Meat
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 Onion
- 5 Green onions
- Half ginger root
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 kg . string beans
- 100 grs . ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Brown bean sauce
Preparation:
WARNING: Be careful when adding salt to the rice, meat and green beans because the soy sauce is salty already.
Cut the meat into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and Brown bean sauce.
Cut the onion into cubes and the green onions slanted.
Cut the green beans and peppers slanted, very thin and cook lightly.
Make an omelet with eggs and cut into squares.
Cut the Ginger to inch long pieces.
Fry the green beans in a pan with a little oil, adding a little salt. Remove from heat and place them in a bowl momentarily.
Repeat with the onion and green pepper.
Fry the meat and then add about two tablespoons of water to brown it.
In a little oil, fry the rice (previously cooked), gradually adding soy sauce. Mix well. Add the green onions and ginger and remove from heat, mixing with the other ingredients. Garnish with chopped egg and a little chopped cilantro.
