Vierte la mezcla en el recipiente de vidrio con el az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<h3>Para la Leche Asada:<\/h3>\n<p>Pon el recipiente de vidrio con la mezcla directamente en el horno por 40 a 45 minutos (350 F \/ 175 C).<\/p>\n<h3>Para el Flan:<\/h3>\n<p>Busca otro recipiente de vidrio resistente al calor m\u00e1s grande que el anterior y \u00e9chale agua hasta una 1\/4 parte.<br \/>\nPon el recipiente con la mezcla dentro del recipiente con agua y luego pon todo esto en el horno por 40 a 45 minutos (350 F \/175 C).<\/p>\n<h3>Diferencia:<\/h3>\n<p>El Flan y la Leche Asada son b\u00e1sicamente la misma receta pero tienen una diferencia radical en la textura una vez terminados, el flan es perfectamente parejo y suavemente cremoso, en cambio la leche asada es porosa y un poquito m\u00e1s r\u00edgida.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(6 personas) Ingredientes: 1 Lata de leche condensada 1 Lata de leche evaporada 6 huevos 1 cucharadita de vainilla 4 cucharadas grandes de az\u00facar Preparaci\u00f3n: Calienta el horno a 350 F \/ 175 C.
