Si usas ma\u00edz americano fresco (en lugar de ma\u00edz peruano), agrega una taza de Maseca Tamal para ayudar a la consistencia.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00ede el achiote para darle color al aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Saca los residuos de achiote y agrega la cebolla. Cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 dorada (cocida), a\u00f1\u00e1dele la salsa de tomate, los choclos licuados, la sal, el aj\u00ed y la albahaca molida.<\/p>\n<p>Agr\u00e9gale leche (si usas ma\u00edz peruano) y cocina la mezcla hasta que est\u00e9 como una crema.
