Meat<\/li>\n<li>1 <a title=\"Substitutions\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.pacasmayo.com\/jenny\/en\/2013\/11\/21\/substituciones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Green Pepper<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 Onion<\/li>\n<li>5 <a title=\"Substitutions\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.pacasmayo.com\/jenny\/en\/2013\/11\/21\/substituciones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Green onions<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Half <a title=\"Substituciones\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.pacasmayo.com\/jenny\/en\/2013\/11\/21\/substituciones\/\" target=\"_blank\">ginger root<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 kg . <a title=\"Substituciones\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.pacasmayo.com\/jenny\/en\/2013\/11\/21\/substituciones\/\">string beans<\/a><\/li>\n<li>100 grs . ham<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Substituciones\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.pacasmayo.com\/jenny\/en\/2013\/11\/21\/substituciones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soy sauce<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon <a title=\"Substituciones\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.pacasmayo.com\/jenny\/en\/2013\/11\/21\/substituciones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Brown bean sauce<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<p><b>WARNING:<\/b>\u00a0Be careful when adding salt to the rice, meat and green beans because the soy sauce is salty already.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the meat into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and Brown bean sauce.<br \/>\nCut the onion into cubes and the green onions slanted.<br \/>\nCut the green beans and peppers slanted, very thin and cook lightly.<br \/>\nMake an omelet with eggs and cut into squares.<br \/>\nCut the Ginger to inch long pieces.<br \/>\nFry the green beans in a pan with a little oil, adding a little salt. Remove from heat and place them in a bowl momentarily.<br \/>\nRepeat with the onion and green pepper.<br \/>\nFry the meat and then add about two tablespoons of water to brown it.<br \/>\nIn a little oil, fry the rice (previously cooked), gradually adding soy sauce. Mix well. Add the green onions and ginger and remove from heat, mixing with the other ingredients.
