Pour into the glass container with the sugar.<\/p>\n<h3>For Leche Asada:<\/h3>\n<p>Put the container directly into the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>For Flan:<\/h3>\n<p>Find another heat resistant glass container bigger than the previous one and fill one quarter of it with water.<br \/>\nPut the container with the mixture into the container with water and then put all this in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>The Difference:<\/h3>\n<p>The Flan and Leche Asada are basically the same recipe but have a radically different texture once finished, the flan is perfectly even and gently creamy, as opposed to the leche asada that is porous and a bit stiffer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(6 people) Ingredients: 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of evaporated milk 6 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 4 spoons of sugar Preparation: Heat the oven to 350 F.
